"I brought my 9 year old son in at 9pm, for a fever of 103, headache, stomach ache and a cough. The lobby was empty, but we waited 45 minutes to get back. The nurse immediately takes his temperature and says it's 98. Impossible, so i tell her I want it taken again in the room, she obliged and he was 101.7.The nurse tested him for strep and the flu. She told us the doctor would be in within 20 minutes with the results. We sat in the room for 2 hours, watching cleaning crews come and go, my son vomited 3 times in that duration. When the doctor finally arrived , I told her what my son had been going through in the long waiting period. She literally asked me what I wanted her to do, and I had to tell her "your job. Diagnose him." She withheld the test results while asking questions like "does your throat hurt?" When she knew his strep test was positive. He was also positive for the flu. His pulse ox was at 94. And this lady was too ignorant to realize the thermometer in the front office was broken. Due to this mistake, my babies oxygen jumped between 93 and 95. His fever went over 102. All while waiting for the doctor. She used terms like "yeah, when your kid looks like trash, something might be off." And typed emojis in his case notes. I can't fit everything into this review, but I'll say I recorded our conversation and every person that listens to it, is mind boggled. It hasn't been 24 hours and over 1,000 moms are telling me to fight back. I don't know if she overheard his false first temperature, or if she forgot we were there. We were in a room alone until 11:30, with a 9 year old who couldn't breathe, had thrown up three times, oxygen was horribly low, fever over 101, and she didn't realize how bad he was until she actually laid eyes on him. At 11:30. My son was diagnosed with strep and the flu, the doctor informed us that the flu can kill you. She was malicious, uneducated, and lacks the common sense to use her own eyes. Dr Elizabeth Grace Curtis, I will show the world the video of our appointment and I'll be happy when you can no longer control the health of kids you know NOTHING about. Disgusting.."
"The lady at the receptionist desk was really rude and nasty. When she told me the wait time she just gave me a stink eye and you can sit in the waiting room. Look in the back and see the positions and nurses to standing around sitting around. Not doing nothing while all the kids are sitting in there sick. This place is such a joke. Next time I will take my daughter to the ER instead of here"
"Went to check in? The lady at the desk had to be extremely rude and nasty. It is now been 3 and 1/2 hours. I've been sitting here. Still have 2 hours they say before I can get back heads up people you would do better if you just went straight to the emergency room. This place is a joke"
"Brought my son in for a dislocated elbow. He’s autistic and hates crowded room. Wait was 3hrs they had an attitude because he was freaking out and tried to reschedule for the next day like it was really an option. Then when asked if they could call while we wait in the car they rolled their eyes. Place needs shut down they don’t care about kids."
"I was a bit unsure to visit this location due to the bad reviews. But they were one of the only places opened until 11pm. We got in and we're greeted and checked in quickly. Nurse came in almost at the same time as we got in our room to gather information and access. We waited about 15-20 minutes for the doctor to come and look. He gave a detailed analysis and what to do and what to continue to look for in aftercare."
