"Scam. They denied me an ultrasound that I asked for and instead made me do a useless colposcopy. That led to my ovarian cyst being undiagnosed and untreated until I finally got an ultrasound. To add insult to injury, they took our $255, then took another $255 from our insurance, and STILL haven't paid us back! It's been TWO YEARS! I've been calling, writing and reminding them REGULARLY. What a nightmare, not only did I live in unnecessary excruciating pain longer, I also got my money stolen by them. EDIT: In 2023, I finally got my money back."

"Iv never experienced kindness the way I experienced it here. From the front desk to every person that I interacted with. For what I went in for, it can be pretty scary and upsetting but they took such amazing care of me. Made sure I was okay, and informed me every step of the way."

"I had hoped that I would have a better experience here than in Hamilton but it was just as unpleasant. I showed up early and filled out my chart and was still made to wait 30 minutes passed my appointment time while people that came in after me where called back. This will be my last time using planned parenthood as this has been a continuous issue for the passed year that I’ve been getting depo. I’ve signed up for the first appointment time available and not been called for 40 minutes. I will now be getting my birth control through a gynecologists office and I recommend anyone else do the same if you’re unhappy with your experience here. The staff always has an unpleasant attitude and it’s just overall a bad experience when I’m already feeling overly emotional by the hormones."

"I've been going to this location for LGBTQ+ services for over a year now and deeply appreciate the work they do. Everyone is extremely nice and welcoming. Even though the topics of discussion might be awkward, I've never been made to feel uncomfortable or anything like that. This is such an amazing community resource and I truly don't know what I would be doing otherwise. Support your local Planned Parenthood. Don't be afraid to seek help here. Sometimes my wait has been around 30 minutes but at the same time, I have always gotten top notch service and plenty of face time with the doctor who really listens to my concerns. So while Yes, a wait can be a little annoying, it's definitely offset in my opinion just knowing everyone is getting the care they need and deserve. It would be one thing to wait 30 minutes for 60 seconds with the doctor but I've always gotten 15-30 minutes face time or more."
