"I went to the Urgent Care because I wasn’t feeling good and the Little Clinic was unable to do anything for me. The Doctor was so kind, but my nurse Andrea was amazing and so sweet she made me feel so much better even though I was sick."

"I went to this urgent care for the first and last time all in one visit...i checked hours on line they are 7am to 7pm monday threw friday on both doors you walk in has a sign with urgent care hours 7 to 7. I walked in the door at 6:28 and there was one person at the window and the lady behind the desk told me one minute then at 6:31 she looks at me again and says sorry we are closed she is our last patient. I asked why their hours were posted 7 to 7 then and asked for cooperate number another worker came to window and was extremely rude that it was posted they close at 630 said she could show me but went to the sign on the door that says 7 to 7. So I asked once again for cooperate number and she got even nastier and ruder told me she was the manager there was no one higher that could help me because she was the boss of that location so I pulled my phone out to try and find the number for Cooperate and not have to get it from them and she said i took pics and she was calling the police. Calling the police because I wanted to talk to some one above her. the staff was sooo rude and was worried bout leaving and not their patients at all I would avoid this place at all cost. I hope higher up sees this and watches the cameras and sees who they really have working for them!"

"The front staff were wonderful and I was in and out very quickly,only spoke to Dr for a moment but he called me in medicine I needed my last trip to another urgent care we were waiting for over 2 hours,I will only go to Ft.Wright one now"

"This has become our go to for Urgent Care. We've always had exceptional care from the staff, nurses & docs. It's close & I enjoy the Christ Network. We'll continue to use them as long as they're here!"

"My primary, within the same complex, did not have any sick appointments available for the day so, they recommended urgent care. I was dreading it a bit because urgent cares are not always that great. Almost zero wait, Dr Arthur was super nice, and so was the nurse (didn’t catch her name and isn’t listed on my paperwork)! Would come again, but hopefully won’t need to."
