"Why doesn’t any Little Clinic answer their phone? I can call any location and hit speak to a rep and it almost always gives me the please try again later message. I have tried Paxton And Marburg Ave with the same result. How do you run a business like this???"

"Walked in on a Thursday morning to hopefully be seen for something non-covid related with two people in the waiting area. I was told I needed an appointment even though online it says walk-ins are welcome. I would have been fine waiting a few hours, but nope. Suggestion for TLC - mention on the website that walk-ins are not welcome. Suggestion for patients - schedule an appointment or go someplace else."

"My family recently had an awful experience at the Hyde Park Little Clinic. The nurse practitioner prescribed a medication that was totally ineffective for the patient who was suffering acute bronchitis. NP advised patient that if no better by the weekend, to come back. When patient returned on weekend, patient was told the clinic could not fit them in. Thank goodness we found another urgent care with an MD who took the time to examine patient and listen to the symptoms. That doctor prescribed multiple medications to aggressively treat the bronchitis before it became pneumonia. The Little Clinic might be OK for physicals and less complex problems, but I would never trust them with my family’s health again."
