"Absolute garbage. I called to see when my scripts would be ready at 4pm and they told me they would be good to go at 6pm. I go in at 6:45 and they tell me 20 more minutes. Learn some competency if you're going to work in a pharmacy it's rather simple!"

"Doctor sent in the prescription and it took about 2 hrs for them to even get it in their system. Not sure if that's just a Walgreens thing or this one specifically. I offered them to input the insurance card while we waited for the prescription and the pharmacist/tech said "well do that when you get your prescription in". Seemed pretty lazy when the Walgreens on N Fairfield has done that for me in the past."

"Having my covid vaccine on october1, 3023. The pharmacist called Friday and said that it had to be canceled because of a nation wide shortage. No one else has a shortage."

"Rude. The young cashier and the shift lead just stood there and didnt say anything while i awkwardly waited for them to finish whatever they were doing? Never got a hello, how are you, sorry for the wait. Nothing. I was barely even acknowledged. Im not asking for a whole conversation, but jeez. Workers literally act like we are inconvenience on them."

"Today, September 2 at approximately 4 PM, a friend and I went to use the Western Union service. The one that was in front sent us to use the machine but we told her that we don't know how to use it. A second one arrived, saying how can I help you ? I told her to send money through western union, she told me, use the machine, I repeated again, I don't know how to use it, could you please help me? She told me with an attitude, I don't know how to use it either, I didn't say anything, I just got out, I don't understand what kind of service that is or is it discrimination for being Hispanic."
