"Only giving 4 stars because of Ann Weber she’s the best I’ve been seeing her since I was like 12. She’s always a good listener and does her best to provide good care I followed her here from a different place and she’s still great but they need to get the freaking office staff together and the nursing staff they don’t return your calls I’ve been hung up on and my appointments have been messed up so many times by the front desk people they suck. I’m sick of getting hung up on and my appointments being messed up again they get 4 starts strictly because Ann is the best ."

"UPDATE EDIT: If you're an adult looking for an ADHD diagnostic test, theirs is faulty. Mine came back "normal" with their 40 minute basic computer test. They will then try to push pills on you for things you may not even have. Go to LifeStance, they do the REAL 4 hour assessment. I'm diagnosed ADHD combined type now and getting proper treatment for the issues I ACTUALLY have. Original post: This place is a joke. Over a month of being a patient, still on their "waiting list" for therapy as if I didn't already jump through hoops and wait long enough to be seen at all. Med management Dr. Lady, Was unable to recall a medication I used to take that we had discussed in every meeting prior, and was documented before my first appointment. She also told me she had already discussed assessment results with me, yet I called the office multiple times to inquire after having taken the assessment, and was never answered until I asked in office, where she then stated she had already told me. An appointment was canceled, no one called me or let me know until I was there for it. I was not given an explanation. When I asked to reschedule, I was told if I would wait, she could see me soon. Twenty minutes later I was seated for the assessment; I'm left to conclude it was originally canceled so that she could have an extra twenty minutes on her lunch break. You'll be asked if you're having thoughts of self harm, suicide etc. And if you say yes, Dr will politely smile and nod as she enters it in on her laptop, meanwhile completely dismissing any and all concern. They are med pushers here as well, and will try to prescribe you something that will likely make you worse just because it's the new thing on the market, as if they make incentive from it. I don't know if they do or not, just what it looks like. Most of the office staff act as though they couldn't be bothered to help you, every question is an annoyance to them and they act frustrated if you dare to ask for their time I've already made my next appointment elsewhere. I wouldn't waste your time with this place."

"MPW has been my saving grace! I have had several issues in the past with doctors not listening to me and prescribing me wrong medication that lead to major problems. Dr. Moss was recommended to me and I'm so glad I became a patient there. This practice has seriously saved me and gave me back my life. Their entire team and staff have been great and I sincerely appreciate them all. If you are in need or searching for a psychiatrist then this is the place you need to been to get the help you deserve."

"Decided to give this facility a try to get mental help. I scheduled a meeting to have a consultation with a social worker to determine if I should go through therapy or just have anti-depressants. After my consultation I was told to wait a month and I should hear back from Modern Psychiatry to schedule an appointment to see a therapist... I never heard back once from the facility and got billed for that hour long consultation... I tried getting in contact with someone with that bill and never heard back from the practice...I won't be recommending this facility to anyone."

"I interviewed for this place and turned down the position. Two months later I was emailed a sign in sheet with people's personal information (it was several sign in sheets for Anger Management classes). I have never used their services but I can say I would think twice about using this place if they are sending out sensitive personal information about people on accident to someone who job interviewed for them. I have worked admin for 15 years and still trying to figure out how they were even able to accidentally do this."
