"@MercyHealth Long story short... Both parents show for MINOR child's surgery consult. Called back to room and facilty representative yells "only one PARENT allowed back with child." WTH!!! I realize during this new age of Covid there are protocols that require amendments, but to only allow one parent to speak with doctor about a CHILDS SURGERY is complete and utter insanity! On top of the fact that this was NOT mentioned during surgery appt. set up. LAST time dealing with NO-#Mercy"
