They are gentle and so full of knowledge. They have offered suggestions for my comfort as well as my best interests. They aren't pushy or overbearing. "Five stars is not enough to describe the experience that I've had at Drayer in Springboro. Shannon Craig has been a very positive force in my life and I can feel the wonderful vibes when I am ready to begin my exercises. Although my upper body is strong, I started out only being able to wiggle my toes on the lower half of my body. Shannon has systematically helped me strengthen all parts of my feet and legs,core and back. I can now bridge and get up on my hands and knees, just to mention my most recent accomplishments. The whole group of girls in Springboro have an awesome relationship and it runs like a well oiled machine! Aislen, Stephanie, Skylar, and Scarlet at the front desk assist Shannon expertly and cheer me with every improvement. Stay tuned, because my ultimate goal is to walk again, and with all the expertise I am receiving I believe it is possible."

"Amanda is great! She takes the time to listen how I'm feeling and will tailor my exercises to what will benefit me most that particular day. You can tell she really cares about people. There's a newer woman there who helps out and I will butcher the spelling of her name, but I think it's Azelynn? Anyway, she also has a great personality and will make sure that I properly do my exercises. Kelsey at the front desk is also really nice. Nothing against the rest of the staff, but these are the main 3 I deal with there."

"Highly recommend Amanda if you enjoy feeling involved in the process and understanding the functions of each exercise. She was always pleasant, positive, and encouraging - a joy to work with ! She really knows her stuff and is happy to explain the purpose behind each exercise and what the goals of each are. When I expressed frustration with hitting a plateau in my functional improvement, she honored that and gave me more challenging work (that I was happy to do) that pushed me past my plateau to much better functionality. She even set me up with exercises to incorporate into my regular workout routine to continue seeing results in the short and long term.
