"Went in with a sore throat and would not be prescribed antibiotics. Called the next day stating that my throat was getting worse and was told they still wouldn't give antibiotics since the doctor I saw wasn't working. Went to a different urgent care down the street and tested positive for strep immediately. Will continue to go there instead."
"Tried telling me that whooping cough and croup were the same illnesses, said nothing was wrong with my son but prescribed him a steroid that he didn’t need. Took my child to his pediatrician the next day to find out my baby has RSV and and ear infection! These doctors are horrible!"
"This Priority Care is wonderful. My whole family has gone there for years when it’s not convenient to wait to get in to see our regular doctors. The staff are always very friendly and professional and listen to what the problem is. Even better is that with my insurance, the copay comes as a regular office visit copay and not a more expensive urgent care copay."
"Always had great experiences here. Until I experienced some sort of allergic reaction over night it intensified and I woke up having difficulty breathing and hives that mimic bites all over my body and genitalia. I was not even touched by the doctor or asked to show any of these protrusions on my skin to the doctor. She walked in with my "medications" already ready from what the nurse practitioner gathered in the notes. Then stuck a stethoscope on my chest asked me to breathe for wheezing. I am not sick my throat is tight due to allergic reactions my lymph nodes were not checked I was not given a physical and my private area was not checked for the rash. I mentioned I was already prescribed Prednisone 5mg for something else and they gave me a medication list for predisone 20mg. Without even looking to see if I was taking active medications. I was told then to apply calamine lotion to the affected areas this included my private area, and while I thought you always listen to a doctor I learned today that was wrong as for I am going to have to go back to the emergency room today for applying the calamine lotion to that area and experiencing severe burns. If you were to have to tgo somewhere based on life or death don't come here!"
"I had a horrible experience with Ciara the NP! I had to have 20 stitches come out of my face, she was rushing around and when I asked her to please take her time because 1 this is my face, 2 I was nervous, and 3 it was very sore still she said that she didn't have that luxury! I knew I should have left but I made that mistake and stayed. She pinched my forehead and made it bleed, then says very snotty " I can't help they made them so tight! I couldn't believe she was being so rude. She didn't show any compassion whatsoever. I was upset and crying and couldn't wait to leave. This was my place for priority care but I will NEVER go back there!!"
