"This place used to be awesome, however now they are EXTREMELY short staffed and there is NO DOCTOR. If you are sick and need treatment this is going to be a costly road bump to recovery because they will charge you for not helping you at all. The one in Loveland has the same problems. Everyone there is AWESOME, but they do not have enough employees to be in business, not in health-care. If you call before you go they will happily tell you that you will NOT be seen by a doctor unless it is a telehealth call. The staff is excellent, just over worked with no help. It is sad to see a place so desperately in need. They really want to help their patients but without a Physician Assistant or a Doctor, what can they do?"

"I was seen 1-3-24, I was lucky to get right back without waiting more than a few minutes. I was treated with exceptional care and concern by everyone there. I was treated for 2 infections and will get a follow up call tomorrow afternoon."

This is an Urgent Care I would say that has definitely been very professional and provided amazing care"

"Been in a room over an hour and the doctor has seen one patient and then sat in front of a computer for 30 min. Many patients waiting. Room is dirty and insulation is bulging out of the walls. I’m sure that’s isn’t healthy. Will never come back here again."
