"I had to switch to a new general care doctor due to moving and picked this office for its proximity. Big mistake. I don't recommend unless you want a nurse who doesn't listen to you and makes recommendations based on what they think instead of what you need or want. Also, their communication is not good. I didn't get an appointment reminder or confirmation of who I was seeing and when I called with questions regarding the wrong medication they prescribed to me I couldn't get a call back."

"I went to this clinic to establish a new primary care doctor. When I arrived, there were three women behind the desk. I wasn't greeted with a hello, I was looked at up and down and heard one of the women say is that her? The other girl says no and then laughs. There was another girl scrolling Facebook on her phone. I still decided it was worth a try to become a patient there since it's been hard to find a doctor accepting new patients. I was called back and another patient in the waiting room complained that he had been waiting for 45 minutes. The medical assistant apologized and said the front desk hadn't checked him in. I told her to go ahead and take him back since I was still filling out paperwork. I gave my paperwork back and said nevermind and left. Apparently the front desk employees spend more time goofing off and being unprofessional rather than do their jobs and care for the patients. It's extremely disheartening to know that this clinic claims to be faith based and compassionate. I have never felt so disrespected and uncomfortable at a doctors office. Do better and check your employees. NOBODY deserves to be treated like that."
