Cincinnati Children's Urgent Care - Liberty Campus

"Waiting 4 + hours and counting for “Urgent care” we were told 2 when we arrived. They say it is due to high patient volume but this is not the case as the waiting area is about 10% full. . After repeated questions they finally shared that their is only one Urgent Care physician on duty, but do not to worry more are coming in at 6 PM ( 2 more hours….). Way more (non physician)staff than is needed as they are standing around, problem is scheduling or staffing of physicians clearly one on duty is not sufficient for such a large coverage area…hire some doc guys…"

"While visiting from out of town my son injured himself at the Airbnb we were staying in. We were told by another urgent care that he had to be brought here. The registration staff was friendly and quick. We waited about 10 minutes before being called back. The nurse was wonderful she brought my son snack and juice to keep him calm. The doctor on staff was friendly and thorough. They got my son’s finger all patched up and got us out of there quickly. It was a great first impression of Cincinnati’s Children."

"When I first got there, the lady at the lab seemed to not get when I kept asking for walk ins, and my pediatrician sending me somewhere for a check up, that I meant urgent care. I accidentally went to bottom floor and have never been there. After 20 mins of going round and round, and her calling my doctor, she then recommended the urgent care upstairs.. which, is what I was there for. However she was still nice. The pediatrician for urgent care was awesome with my kid when usually she isn't too into the doctors visits and usually fights. And the front desk girls were so nice and even gave my kid gold fish and an apple juice to appease her due to the long wait. People somehow had appointments and my initial stress from the mix up made me iffy. I called and got online and didn't see any appointments options, anywhere. No prompts on the phone unless you were seen 24 hours ago.. I feel if one or both of those were better, id have felt different. Because I did wait over 2 hours while people got to go ahead of me. I'm sure I came off irritated, however they were all awesome. It was mostly the initial irritation and wanting to make these known. Not the urgent care or the pediatrician! Again all nurses were awesome too."

"I waited for 2 hours, my daughter fell down and hurt her nose and bleeding. Even after making multiple requests the front desk people have no empathy and they could not make arrangements to take a look at her. We were waiting where as other people coming after us who has online appointments were given priorities. Would never go back to the urgent care. We came back home after waiting for 2 hours. Will never recommend to any one to go there with kids."

"This place worse because they didn’t care for kids or adults! No star for this place Urgent care mean they need to look after 1-2 for sick person but, we been here 5hours and more .. my kid getting worse sick. They don’t care at all"
