"As a patient with treatment resistant depression I was so excited to learn of the benefits and effectiveness of Ketamine. I did lots of independent research to educate myself, but if I should have any questions they always explain things in a way I understand. They also facilitate the self administration of Esketamine. They work for you the patient by being flexible and working with your insurance and pharmacy providers. They set up a billing model to accommodate those who have insurance and/or pharmacy benefits that don’t cover the medication. They helped me get hooked up with a caseworker from the pharmaceutical company whom in tern helped me get into the discount program available. Jordan also manages my other mental health medications and has allowed me to participate in my care decisions all along. The physician is also very nice and supportive. She called me personally and talked me through a hiccup that presented itself due to my being hospitalized for an unrelated health issue. She told me that she would do whatever she had to and wasn’t afraid “to go to the top” if she had to in order to make sure I continued to get my treatments. They care. It’s a very laid back environment. They make sure you are comfortable and safe in the fancy recliner chairs, adjustable lighting, something to drink, mints, call button, and even provide a phone charger for whatever type of phone you have. If you have been thinking about Ketamine, do the research and see if it’s what you need. If it is, let these wonderful people help you get it done. You won’t regret it!!"

"Jordan is a great provider. The practice is a safe, warm, inviting place. They are very accommodating and go above and beyond. The doctor also reached out individually to me on multiple occasions to answer questions/provide information. They seem to have a very collaborative relationship which is a change from other practices who have doctors who oversee greater than 10 advanced providers. Would recommend to friends and family!"

"PTSD isn’t just for veterans. I have been in “survival mode” as a result of multiple losses d/t cancer, one being my own child. Being a very type a medical professional and a mom, we just push through and “deal” with it. However when you’ve been in survival mode that long your body starts to tell you times up, resulting in extreme anxiety and depression. That was me, putting on a brave face, but internally I was a wreck and it was starting to affect my family life. Jordan, PMHNP and Dr. Bellanti have changed my life. Very thorough intake, detailed medical plan and always putting me (the patient) at the center. Beautiful, state of the art facility, with the latest technology for monitoring during infusions. Honestly I felt like I was walking into a spa! Blessed to have found them!"

"It is very difficult for me to write this review as I do not want to dissuade anyone from receiving the treatment that they need, however I also have concerns regarding this clinic tl;dr It is unfortunate that I would not recommend this be anyone's entrez into therapeutic ketamine for mental health as I believe it is incredibly sterile, robotic, and mechanistic, and would not begin to address the comprehensive healing and integration process that should surround ketamine therapy for mental health. I will break my review up into sections. REGARDING DOSING CONCERNS: I have been receiving IV ketamine for TRD for 2 years. I have a standing dose that works. I have records of this dose. They would not use this dose saying it is higher than their allowed protocols, which I understand. I will acknowledge that they were "willing to work with me" and talk with their medical director to "see what they might be able to do" to get around their legally binding protocols, however in the interim, I paid for an infusion that was well below the functional dose required to treat my TRD. So guess what? - I paid my "less than the current other clinic in town" rate (aka the one I've been going to for 2 years - I'm a level 6 Google Guide - you can easily figure out "the other provider") , Just like any other MEDICATION, DOSE MATTERS! I waited the standard "give it 2 weeks, just in case" period, and ended up needing to see my regular provider for my regular dosage, and HUZZAH - life has color again. :) REGARDING TREATMENT ENVIRONMENT: The environment is very much a traditional doctor's office, tiled floors, mounted cabinets on the walls, literally bought their stuff from a medical supply place. When they begin the treatment you are monitored by the "Caretaker" which is a digital finger probe, and then you are left alone in a sterile empty doctor's office while you're under ketamine. This is VERY suboptimal. Contrasted to my regular provider where the office setting is more like a therapy office that also happens to do IV ketamine: warm fuzzy vibes with couches, chairs, paintings, soft lighting, white noise, etc AND A NURSE PRACTITIONER THAT SITS WITH YOU THE ENTIRE DURATION OF YOUR TREATMENT. REGARDING STAFF: Jordan the NP and Dr. Bellanti are lovely. Dr. Bellanti and I have spoken several times and I can give high praise for both of them. This review does not reflect on them or their professionalism in anyway."

"The mental health professionals at Ketamine Health and Wellness of Ohio are unlike any i have met in my 34 year struggle with mental illness. The level of care, compassion, knowledge and understanding is so evident with every visit. The office is light, peaceful, serene and warming to the senses. Through the treatments I left awakened with that sense of peace, serenity, warmth, light, energy and self understanding."
