"I'm updating my review on Brightvirw in Fairfield on Sandy Lane. I transferred from Brightvirw in Columbus East location. I went to in patient rehab at Mary Haven in Columbus once I completed the program there I started with Brightvirw. They really went out of their way for me and my family. I lost my son and grandson so I moved to the country and started with Brightvirw Fairfield location. It was rough in the beginning getting to know the location getting everything transferred but now I've been going awhile and have gotten to know everyone it feels like a family just as the Columbus location. The lady's at front desk are very sweet, helpful and even a little funny at times. My old counselor was great but I love my new one and Miss Terri is one of the best. The doctors are very helpful as well. The nurse that does our vitals is great.. I would recommend this Brightvirw for sure... They are a very important part of my life and part of my family for sure... I wouldn't be where I am without Brightvirw and the program. Thank you guys..."

"I love Brightview its a great place and they've definitely helped me get my life back on track. The only thing I don't like is that they bounce you around to a ton of different counselors. I love Ms. Terri I'm the most comfortable with her and they just up and switch you to a new person that isn't gonna be there long. So many counselors have come and gone since I've been going there for the past year. It's just frustrating to get comfortable with someone and to open up to someone to just get switched to someone new without even being told until the day of your appointment when you show up. It's like having to tell your life story all over again to someone new when your first counselor already knows everything about you. I love Ms. Terri she's my favorite for sure she's helped me overcome so many things. She's a great listener and she is always honest with you. I'm glad to have her back as my counselor!!"
