"I had a missed appointment with this office and was immediately charged $75.00. When I called the office to settle the bill, (with the intent of going to another practice) My card was charged and the bill settled and I even told the woman on the phone it was for a missed appointment she didn't even bother with asking if I would like to reschedule or if I would still be seeing Dr.Matta. And this is even with me making all of my previous appointments and paying all of my bills immediately. Guess I'll know better if someone asked me about this practice next time."

"The only reason I can't give a 5 is: Fairfield Office is cramped, and wait times can be long even with an appointment. On balance, Dr. Matt is a competent and thorough physician. Also, I had an appointment scheduled a year ago, that mysteriously disappeared for a routine follow up, which I had to reschedule. Staff is friendly and helpful."

"Absolutely horrible service starting from front desk to doctor. Unfriendly and unprofessional. At the time of service i wasn't told that i have to pay anything because i had insurance, and second time i been there also haven't been told that i have outstanding balance and new amount to pay. Never received bill in mail or phone call. After a year i received a call from collection company, how amazing is that. They haven't just spoiled my day but also spoiled my credit history now. So beware of this place chose someone else!!!"
