"I went here to have stitches removed from my forehead. The doctor kept insisting the stitches were not there, even though I could feel them. She took part of the stitch out and insisted there was nothing else there. Two days later, I had to go to my PCP to really get the stitches removed. So, now I will need to pay twice for stitches removal. I would not recommend. Doctor was highly incompetent."
"Stopped by 8 days ago with my child. Saw it was a walk in so I chose to walk in. Only to find a lady on the phone with her insurance and the receptionist sitting there bored. About 20 min into the lady's call did the receptionist notice me, dispute my hyperactive 10-year-old.... Only to ask what I needed. Gave me some forms to fill out that took about 15 min, only to wait another 20 min dispute having only seen one person go back. The doctor was friendly when we went back, and ran a COVID test. Test came back negative and then the doctor explained she didn't see any point to do additional tests when it sounds like allergies. Went back today because my breathing has gotten so bad, that I need to take ibuprofen just to sleep. I can't breathe if I don't. After explaining a bit at the front desk the receptionist, asked me to use the QR code to check in. Informing me I would have to provide my insurance card again. I have never been to a doctor's office where they delete the insurance card that quickly. This tells me that the receptionist is just there to make sure we behave and do a check in rather than help us check in. I WILL strongly recommend not to EVER come here. Not if you might have anything serious."
"Went in on Saturday in the morning, hoping to get ahead of an illness I was hospitalized for last year. Appointment went well enough. Probably a bit understaffed but got a treatment and assurances of a few different medications to help me get over it before I ended up in the hospital. Found out in the evening that my prescriptions were forgotten. Called and was told they’d be put in, but only one was sent in. Had to call again and get the other prescriptions put in. None were ready that day, surprise surprise. Bonus that Sunday, the pharmacy isn’t open. Now I get to hope that I’ll finally get my medications tomorrow before I’m at an ER gasping for air."
"FirstCare will be my last choice. After swabbing my daughter for strep and COVID they said 10 minute wait. 35 minutes later I went looking for someone. They had lost the COVID test and had to redo it. The floor of the exam room has not been cleaned in a while."
"Layed my knee open and needed a few stitches, apparently thats not covered in doctor training, so I was handed 4x4s and had to bandage myself after the doc saw it, and told to go to the emergency room. So 5 hrs and 7 stitches later, what the hell do they do there, asking for a friend"
