"Been sitting here an hour waiting for a dr to get on a computer screen. I'm told 1 dr is seeing 5 different offices. But it said 7 to 20 minute wait when I registered online. I'm leaving now and will do dr nyquil. When I really need a breathing treatment."

"I found myself in a respiratory crisis just 30 minutes before closing time and I knew I needed a breathing treatment. The women working this CareFirst location wasted no time getting me signed in and placed me in a room to get my vitals, ASAP! The Dr. was in within a few minutes & I was receiving my breathing treatment before I knew it. Everyone acted with such urgency & concern, I knew once I walked in that place, I was safe and my crisis was over. Thank you ! I’m able to enjoy the holiday weekend with my family now, no way I could’ve gotten that intimate of an experience if I had gone to a local hospital. Service was fast, all of the staff were friendly & the building was very clean. Great location!"

"I need to know which location these five star ratings are referring to. I went into the Colerain location and customer service must have been left at home. I haven’t been to this location in years. Only urgent care facility I’ve ever been to. Walked in and the very first thing the female says “have you preregistered online?”. No hello, how are you, is this your first time here, returning customers. Very not welcoming. So I’m looking bewildered and say I haven’t been here in years. She proceeds to ask for my id and insurance card, and lays a clipboard onto the counter in front of me.She then finally explains its a new company so things have changed. Now “the nurse”, she seemed in such a rush as if she doesn’t want to be around patients to long. You work in healthcare, germs everywhere. The location got my two stars for the doctor alone."

"I went in on Sunday evening less than an hour before they closed. The 2 women working were helpful and friendly. I saw a practitioner, who was great. She listened and had a solution for me. I was able to pick up a prescription at a local pharmacy within the hour."
