"I had an appointment for a covid shot on 10/7/23.I went as scheduled,only to find no one at the desk. The computer screen gave their hours of operation, indicating that they should have been open.However, the screen flashed- Closed. Apparently they closed due to a staffing issue- NOWARNINGNOTIFICATION"

"Mixed experience. The pharmacist who gave me my flu shot was very nice, but we waited a while. One guy working was very nice and helpful, but a younger girl working at the front was extremely mean for absolutely no reason. She had brown/red hair in a braid and glasses. She’s super short with her responses and anytime someone came up to get help with a prescription she acted like they were burdening her. She needs a reality check if she’s working a customer facing job- so so rude."

"05/27/2023 around 10:00 the front desk lady who was training someone there was very unprofessional and had attitude issues. Her attitude with the patients there was very cringe. Is a very bad example for the girl she was training. I hope the mistake that she and her coworker made from out last visit was fixed and I don’t have to pay extra fees for their mistake. However the doctors RN nurses there were very professional. Such a shame she makes the clinics reputation so low because of front desk people like her."

"I had a scheduled appointment for a DOT Physical at 9am. These people call me ONE HOUR before the appointment and tell me that they don't have a certified person for DOT physicals! She sounded like she didn't care at all. Why do you guys confirm appointments if you don't have a certified person for that??? That was a serious waste of my time - that was my only day in Cincinnati, and I came specially to visit the clinic. Shame on you, guys. You're not the clinic, you're a fake. Completely unprofessional."

"Very bad experience. I went early, I was the only one there and had to wait for a long time. Examine room was unclean and a big insect was squished on the floor and no one bothered to clean. They run three tests COVID, flu and respiratory infection. Received the COVID results next day and never received the results for the other two tests. Kept calling for results, they said they will call me. They never did. Tired of waiting and my symptoms getting worst I went to dr. Office and they immediately gave me a prescription. Terrible service. Useless calling center. Don’t advice going there for medical attention plus it is a waist of time and money"
