"Called 1st verified X-rays order, they printed the order for me upon arrival, 1.5 hours later I’m last waiting, sat among many very ill (masked but yeah) and they called me up to say they couldn’t do my x-rays because they couldn’t put me in their “system.” I said you gave me my orders. She said we still can’t do it. I said, why didn’t you tell me when I first got here you were having tech problems. She said, we tried to fix it. Where do I go? She said we’re open tomorrow. I said, will you be able to do it tomorrow- whatever it is? She said I don’t know. Awful CSR."

"No complaints about the care, however was completely misled about the billing. I was told since we are already tri health patient it would fall within a certain range (under $200). I got the bill at over $400 and they said since I had never seen that exact practitioner it was a new patient visit. The visit alone was $300 and the tests they ran (flu and strep) were another almost $200. This was not the pricing I was given on the phone. The care was good, just beware that the pricing is not what they lead you to believe."

"Great experience! Scheduled a virtual spot in line for the last time of the day. All staff were nice and friendly. Dr. Ross was great! He really listened to my issues and helped me finally figure out what my issue was. I also had a positive experience bringing my mom here 3 years ago after a fall. Great care then also."

"The staff and nurses here are extremely caring and thoughtful. Practitioner Steven Vordenberg sent me to get a CT scan and antibiotics after another doctor told me to get get some rest. Turns out I had a severe deep tissue infection that required hospitalization. Basically saved my life!!"

"I was surprisingly impressed with care I received there. I usually do not feel good about going to urgent cares but my dr could not get me in so I decided to go. Highly recommend this location. Staff was friendly. Both the nurse and dr who I saw were thorough in treating me, which I never felt at any other urgent cares. Definitely recommend doing the online reservation. I waited about 20 min in waiting room, however walk in time was 3 1/2 hrs."
