"B list physicians at best. If you actually need medical care, goto a different privately owned Dr office elsewhere. This place is pretty easy to get into to be seen. That is about the only positive thing I can say about this place. You coming to their office because you have some sort of upper respiratory tract illness/influenza and hoping that they can do something to make you feel better, and you end up walking out with nothing. You're told to go to the pharmacy and just buy over the counter stuff. My question is what do I really need you for? And also you have to beg for a work excuse so you can be excused for the time that you're off. Being bedridden with an upper respiratory tract illness, and getting a work excuse for one single solitary day makes absolutely no sense. The last I checked, a viral illness as such lasts more than 1 day. A person should not have to beg for a work excuse when they are too sick to work. And the doctor does not give the work excuse, you have to ask a person at the front desk for said work excuse after negotiating (and losing might I add). I have never had to negotiate work excuses or a prescription for a simple inhaler and maybe some steroids to take orally ever in my life. I have never experienced this from any other doctor's office in my life. I have realized if a Dr office accepts Medicaid, that particular location will treat the patients like crap, even if they have private insurance that they get through their work. Doctors used to be helpful. They take a Hippocratic oath to do no harm. However isn't it doing harm by not doing anything at all? But yet the insurance is billed a few hundred bucks for ......? A level x visit which consisted of a couple sentences typed, a 10 second gland check on the neck and out the door in 5 minutes! this is why our healthcare system is broken. Doctors at health source, your plan of care is an absolute joke."
"Went to Dr. Sneed and was so sick I couldn't hardly walk, talk hadn't ate and she told me to let it run it's course. Got worst went to urgent Care and got antibiotics, steroids, cough medicine and was feeling better in two days. Need to find a new doctor."
"Excellent!!! Normally I don’t bother to write/send reviews, but I feel like my recent visit deserves a review….so I went to Laura Smith at the Wilmington for a distressed knee. She really does a wonderful job injecting cortisone shots! Let me add I have been to specialists in the past and received injections and hands down Laura has been the very best experience that I have received. Laura was very professional, gentle and informative concerning my knees. Every time that I have gotten a cortisone injection from this provider the results are excellent, I have had several. I really like this office, everyone that provides health care for me has listened and been able to address my issues with a positive outcome for me. It has been a winning outcome for me! I recommend this office . If cortisone shots are a need for you Laura is the one! Thanks"
"I would NOT recommend going here. Dr. Sneed barely spent 10 minutes in the room with me and I was there as a first time patient in desperate need of help for chronic migraine. I brought in a stack of medical records concerning my migraines and she didn’t even look or really ask about my past treatment. She prescribed me a medication I had already tried in the past that I told her I was unsure about and forced it on me. I then ask about a small prescription of low dose pain medication to help me until preventative medication started working and she told me that nobody at her office would do that. After asking why and expressing how much pain I’m in everyday she rushed me out of the room and didn’t ask if I had anymore questions or concerns. She was rather distant and rude and didn’t seem to have much concern or curiosity for me. I left the office crying because I felt hardly any attention was given to my health or history and my pleas for help totally rejected."
"Extremely professional and efficient! Nice greeting when I walked in. I saw Roseanne, she was so knowledgeable about all my symptoms and procedures I needed. And Yolanda T, the very first phlebotomist that was successful with the first try. I told her the best place to take my blood, she did, and absolutely no pain! I would highly recommend this practice if one is looking for a family practice. Big thank you to the entire staff!!"
