"I came in completely honest about my history and how I was having suicidal thoughts in order to get out of pain. I’ve been here 5 times and had to pay $75 each time just for them to tell me they can’t help me. Which blows my mind because I was up front honest and went through everything in my past. I spoke to a psychiatrist who was supposed to determine if I had addiction tendencies and she found none. I will never recommend this place to anyone, they could care less about your health and well being. Please find some place else to go that actually cares."
"I would like to express my strong dissatisfaction with the quality of service provided by this particular establishment. It is with great disappointment that I must state that this place falls well below the standards one would expect from a medical office. The unpleasant odor permeating the premises was not only noticeable upon entering the building, but it could also be detected from outside whenever the doors were opened. The situation was so distressing that even inside my car, with the heat on, the smell was still discernible. My mother sought assistance for her back pain, resulting from a collapsed disc, as recommended by her primary care physician. However, after consulting with this doctor, he audaciously suggested that she sever ties with her current back specialist and instead entrust him with her case. When my mother declined this proposal, the doctor took it upon himself to contact all of her other doctors, falsely stating that she had rejected his services and was unwilling to receive any assistance. It is important to note that this misrepresentation was far from the truth. I feel compelled to warn others about the unprofessional conduct and deceitful practices exhibited by this establishment. Their apparent lack of cleanliness and their willingness to spread false information about patients who do not comply with their demands is highly concerning. Please exercise caution when considering this place for any medical needs, as it is evident that they resort to unscrupulous methods when they do not achieve their desired outcome."
"This place has gone downhill. Was great when I 1st started going 2 years ago but since I started seeing Danyell my prescriptions are never filled when they are supposed to be. I was supposed to be put on a 3 a day dose. I'm fed up and going elsewhere. Good luck all new patients with this place."
"I have mixed feelings: the bad...never being able to reach someone or needing to call multiple times after not hearing from staff/docs for days on end. Running behind (which is a given at most docs), not getting scheduled for shots in a timely manner or being scheduled and not being told where to show up (that was fun!) I've seen Dr. Shahid ONE time face to face and once when i was on my stomach, doped up, ready for him to do an injection. Positives: I like my PA, Adam. I feel he actually listens and does seem willing to try different things for my chronic back pain. Idk if there's much else that can be done for me, but at least he's nice when he tells me that! Over all, this is a decent clinic with all the normal shortcomings I'd expect, but for the most part, the staff is nice and friendly and I get decent care here."
"Dr. Shahid has been excellent and patient with my care. I had a pain pump implanted about 2 years ago and worked with another provider for about a year with no success or relief. When I moved to Beavercreek, I was referred to his practice from the VA and he was able to try a variety of treatments until he found one that has worked! I had come to a place of acceptance and loss of hope before coming here and was thrilled to have my expectations upset with meaningful treatment. My quality of life has drastically improved and for the first time in years, I feel my pain is managed. The personalized care and attention to my concerns have been second to none and I remain incredibly grateful for Dr. Shahid’s professionalism and skill in treating my CRPS. I’m happy to recommend his practice to any that have complex pain issues and are seeking individualized care from a provider that shows dedication and commitment to managing your pain and ultimately culminating in a radically improved QoL. While I understand patient outcomes will vary, at the very least this team will work with you and show compassion for your condition. Best of luck to any fellow spoonies!"
