"Device worked great first year. My mom has fallen 3 times and the button did not activate. I requested a replacement button and it was never sent. UPDATE: Replacement was sent. Mom did not give me correct info when I asked her. New Button seems to be working OK. Like the new billing web page."

"I have been with company for a few years now. They started out great and I loved the fact that it made me feel safe. I’m home alone most of the time so if anything changes in my bp or heart rate they WERE right there to help! NOW if I send in a my vitals on the weekend I will not get a call if my bp or heart rate is high. Now it’s it’s anything weekends or any day of the week. They gives excuses for not calling. This is so sad, if you not here to help then close down!!"

"Don't get any device from this company! OMG customer service is sarcastic! I wait for the device and it doesn't work!! Call customer service and they tell me it's off a Verizon network lol I have Verizon! After me and my nurse try to activate, I wait another day and call! They tell me it was not active when they sent it! I know that! It just seem like the company is slow or new or inexperienced! It was a total waste of time! The only thing the defect device did after talk to support is stress me out! 2022 I'm telling you don't waste your time!! Hope the return box comes and is not defected"

"This place was absolutely terrible to work for! They claim to be family oriented, that’s far from the case! They make you feel like you’re working for the right company, while the management is extremely fishy! I was let go over being 1 minute late, they’ll say it was because of my absences because I was taking care of my 18 month old who was extremely sick with the flu. I spoke with Jessica while I was out and she made it seem like everything would be okay! But when I’m standing behind a line of people at a time clock, it hit 8:01 and I was fired and they would not hear me out for the reason! Unfortunately this company is a sinking ship, with an extremely high turnover rate! Management has a lot of weird things that go together and I’m sure they’d hate for their spouses to find out!!!"
