"We were a walk in, walked right in and greeted at the front desk. Got our information, walked straight to a room to swab for strep which was our concern. Let us know up front how long it would take for results. Had antibiotics called in to preferred pharmacy when gave us discharge paperwork. In and out super quick! Great experience!"

"Kids express is AMAZING. My son wasn’t feeling well from an ear infection, we checked online and their scheduled appointments were full for a few hours. We checked in as a walk in and were back in a room, evaluated, and discharged in NO TIME!! GREAT service and I would highly recommend this location to anyone! "My 4 month old grandson was exposed to RSV. I arrived as a walk-in appointment , was greeted just inside the door and registered. Within minutes taken to a room. Nurse was great and the Doctor was excellent. Caring and timely treatment. This will be by first option if needed again."

I took him directly to the Kids Express after being referred by the ER doctor on duty at Children's Hospital when I had taken my other child there the past weekend. I did not call ahead or book a time slot online, I was a walk-in. The receptions was very friendly, check-in was quick and easy, and they got us back to a room within 5 minutes, and seen within 10-15 minutes. The practitioner was also very friendly and efficient. We were on our way in under 30 minutes, with a prescription and a good explanation of what was going on and how to treat it. I felt we were well taken care of."
