"Very sad review I’m about to give, I am a father of 5 kids and a wife that stays at home so it’s hard for us to get babysitter and such for all 5 kids but some are in school. My wife and I had appointments for 11 and 1130 for said day and we had to bring my 2 year old with us just 1 out of 5. They brought my wife back and told her that I couldn’t get my teeth cleaned since we had a kid with us but no where does it says no kids or papers we signed and didn’t tell us when we made appointments not to bring kids. So I asked the lady why they canceled my appointment and she told me no kids allowed and I said what do you mean we have different times slots so we can take turns when it’s our appointment and they lady told me that’s not how it works. I asked they lady can I just come back in a hour so my wife could take our son to our sisters house while I get mind done and they told me no. Lady slammed the glass door on me. The. A week later they drop me as a patient. Very poor customer service. Sorry I’m a father of 5. Customer service should be a priority. Edited after the response and you left out couple things first you said we have been coming there for a long time to know better which is true and last time we have been there we have brought my 2 year old with us but he was younger not as active as you say. Also when we came in that day we were under new patients so we had to renew paperwork which was fine but why were we new patients? Because of a new owner? But yet we have been coming there for years that doesn’t make sense. Which is it new patients or old patients? I don’t know if this is the owner or someone who just manages the place but the woman who I talked to that day was very rude about the whole situation. I hope know one goes there what I went through with the total disrespect. From the bio about the owner she has 2 sons and then grandkids. You think she would want her sons or grandkids disrespected like that? If we were told we weren’t aloud to bring kids then we wouldn’t have and as you say your not a babysitter and we weren’t looking for one. I’m just a father trying to get my teeth clean and keep up with mu oral hygiene. With the kids safety part why wouldn’t i keep my kids safe? We were in a waiting room with chairs."

"Lisa is so sweet and comforting. My anxiety was peeked (possibility of a root canal). Lisa and the Dr were fantastic at keeping me calm but also making sure they keep me informed on what was happening/ might need to happen. Thank you for making me feel safe. I hope this review can only get better with time!"
