"I had a very bad experience with the office staff at ROCI not returning calls and being rude to me and hung up on by one of the staff members! Thankfully I have the Prior Authorization Manager her name is Becky and I am happy to say that I have had excellent experience with her being on my side , she got me my Approval done already and is sending my packet to Ried if it weren’t for Becky I would still be stuck in neutral, she is a valuable asset for ROCI!!"

"Not sure this is a good fit for me. First visit, June 2023. Prescribed new meds but pharmacy never received it nor did the doctors office return the pharmacy call. My MD call the rheumatologist and still no response. Finally after I had to be very hateful they returned my call. Was told I needed to see rheumatologist before meds could be "refilled". As I told her I & others had called them many times & left voicemail but no response. It should not take from June to September to get my prescription FILLED not REFILLED. Why would I come back a second time just to repeat this!"
