"Utterly useless. Save your money, your time, and go anywhere else. 2 useless nerve blocks, some overpriced pain cream, and $1000 later, zero benefit. When pressed, the recommendations were 1) cognitive behavioral therapy(because that's going to fix the fact that my leg was run over by a car), or having an implant put into my spine. You'd have to be high on drugs to think I'd let you touch my spine after you spent 3 months throwing crap at the wall, hoping something would stick. Pure quackery. Go to a witch doctor. You'd get better results."
"Dr. Sachdeva told me “I can’t help you” and “go see your surgeon”.. it was just some nerve pain from post operative nuss procedure. Didn’t do anything for me and I waited for an hour and 20 minutes. And was extremely rude, judge mental, and uncaring like he always is."
"I love that staff here! They are so friendly and welcoming. Erin at the front desk has such a great personality! I have had to call in for different things and everyone I spoke to treated me with respect. You don’t often find a great Doctors office. Dr Garg is very patient with me and always listens. She doesn’t rush you either. 5 stars"
"I have been sent to multiple different doctors for about a year trying to diagnose a joint pain problem that is so debilitating, I have trouble walking. I'm a 40 year old mother of 3 young children and this came on suddenly and I'm at a loss as to how to move forward. I've never had any health issues before this.... I was recently finally sent to a pain management clinic as a resort to helping diagnose and relieve some pain. I went to an appt with Dr Devita and she asked me lots of questions and at the end said well I don't think you have what you were sent here for (by a fellow UC surgeon who had performed surgery and still can't diagnose the problem). I received no medication, no help with diagnosis, no treatment plan, no recommendation on what to do now, no testing, absolutely nothing. I left in tears and sat in my car. I have been so frustrated with all the money I've spent and no one seems to understand I'm begging for help. I've had at least over $100,000 in medical costs and no answers. Then after I leave I receive my bill for her "services". UC should be ashamed to bill $400 for a visit that I received no service, nor care... I am appalled. This place is a "pain management office" why was the dr more interested I'm telling me I don't have this and that... I AM IN CHRONIC PAIN daily and that's why I was sent there. Unbelievable..."
"I’m a patient of Dr. Chan. I have a diseased pancreas. The pain was crippling and Dr. Chan gave me my life back. I was unable to eat because of my pain , I couldn’t sleep. I had no quality of life. Within a month Dr Chan had my pain under control and I am able to keep my weight on and function in my daily life. He’s truly an amazing Doctor. He’s attentive and caring. He actually spent time with me and truly listened. I highly recommend him. I also must add that his staff is very kind and caring. I just can’t express how grateful I am to have found such a amazing Doctor."
