"I began working with Dr Kundu in October 2020 when I decided to try ketamine infusions for chronic pain. "I’m writing this because I searched for patient reviews last year (2019) before starting my own treatment. Dr. Kundu recently established this Klarity Clinic center in Ohio, but he has decades of experience at other Klarity Clinics in CA and NV. I researched extensively before signing up for infusions, and here are the answers I would have wanted to know: 1. There’s no pressure to sign up and questions are encouraged. Some places charge for an initial consult, so I was pleasantly surprised when every one of my questions and concerns were addressed in detail before I made a decision. 2. Dr. Kundu is the only licensed anesthesiologist offering this IV treatment in the Ohio area. You can tell he knows what he’s doing—he’s confident, reassuring and monitors your vitals (blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen) closely. This was a huge relief for me, because if I was anxious or uncomfortable in any way, he immediately adjusted components to help me feel at ease. 3. Quick communication & scheduling: Dr. Kundu has always responded within 24 hours and I’ve never waited for more than 5-10 minutes at my appointments. 4. This is the only center that uses NAD+ in the IV infusions. If you do some research on NAD+ you’ll see why it’s so important. If you’re like me and have met with dozens of specialists and medical experts, then you know what a relief it is to find a doctor who “gets it.” Dr. Kundu is one of those rare physicians who listens without judgement and treats everyone with compassion, empathy and reassurance.
