"This building doesn’t even deserve 1 star. My children have been seeing Dr.Derek Thompson since they were born. I have a 3 year old and a 9 month old. They were seen today and I wanted them tested for the flu. I tested positive for flu type A this morning. Dr. Derek said because they didn’t have fevers they were fine. Long story short- I took them to urgent care to be swabbed. My 3 year old has type A & B flu and my 9 month old has type A flu. I called them and they proceeded to tell me that they were all out of the flu swabs , so they couldn’t do it anyway. Also said it’s to the doctors descretion to decide if he wants to do it or not. Obviously he was negligent to my children today. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC BY NO MEANS!!!!!"

"Good doctors, very friendly. But the billing is lacking. I got a bill they was trying to charge me a late fee even though it was their fault it was late. I didn't get it for 3 months after service. Then when I called in the lady over billing was very rood about it. When I went in to pay it she was even worse. So good doctors but good luck with the billing department. They have waited over a year to bill for stuff with my son and continued to charge the old insurance even though they had the new information"
