"I am sad to see bad reviews on here! Dr. Choudhry is hands down the best. I'm only 23 with degenerating neck discs. He really understands my needs as far as not wanting heavy medication or anything crazy. We started with cortisone shots that did help at first before we resulted to an epidural injection. He is also very thorough at explaining everything I need to know. Bonus: he's very polite to patients, coworkers, and his students! He guided a student through injecting my cortisone shots once and was also very thorough and patient with her. 100/10 recommend!"

"Well after my last report on this place I was happy, but now I find that since Dr. Thomas left and Dr. Chowdhury took over my back pain has gotten worse, so I left the facility didn’t go back. Dr Chowdhury did 4 different procedures on my spine. Witch did no good. He didn’t want take me off the morphine, I was on morphine for 14 years. Finely one day I handed the rest of the morphine to my husband and said I’m done I don’t want any more morphine don’t give it to me I’m not very happy with the pain part of this facility. I never got a call from Dr. Chowdhury or any of his colleagues of why I never came back. I canceled my appointment and nothing not even a courtesy call to say how am I doing or is there anything they could do for me!!! nothing!!! I’ll never go back there."

"I had to wait 5 months for an appointment. He will only do injections. That’s it. When in terrible pain, they say they can’t prescribe anything... they tell you your PCP needs to prescribe medications. Which is crazy to me because they are PAIN MANAGEMENT... it should be called injections only. So if an injection doesn’t bring relief..... your SOL. Reid network is a joke. If you call and tell them your steroid injection didn’t help, they’ll offer you a steroid pack and treat you like a farm animal. I gave 2 stars because by the grace of god, my first injection worked for 7 weeks."

"Overall the staff is very friendly and courteous. The pain management division is very slow to respond to phone requests (a patient should not be told they will receive a call back that day and not receive it until 2 days later). Due to the short staffing and protocol, new patients will have to wait an ungodly amount of time before getting their first appointment (I started in August of 2018 and finally was seen in March of 2019), and as of right now it appears any procedure needing to be done will be scheduled roughly one month out which is just AWESOME for someone needing a diagnostic shot so they can have back surgery wouldn't you say? Sadly, from what I have gathered from overheard rumblings of patients and staff, all this is due to staffing issues. Still love Reid Health Network...there is just a little less love there now...."
