"Called to schedule my family of 5 for eye exam appointments and spoke with a rude receptionist who told me that she can only schedule 2 eye exams per day per family. So I have to set aside time on 3 separate weekdays just for eye exams? That's absurd! What could possibly be the justification for such a policy!? How is my money for 5 eye exams not the same as anyone else's that would take the other 3 spots on that day?"

"They are SO awesome!! I have a young child with Autism. Because my child could not identify all of the alphabet we need a special eye exam. I am from Jackson & learned about Gossage from another ASD mom who discovered Gossage a couple years back. She also struggled to find somewhere that offered this exam & would accept our insurance!! The staff is patient, friendly, & kind!! Each employee took their time with my child and provided her great service!!! Our next exam will be with them also as it is more than worth the drive!!!!"
