"I switched my doctor to Dr. Morgan Rupp and she is truly amazing. She listens and does everything needed. The staff is great too. Everyone is friendly and professional. I will not be going anywhere else."

"Made an appointment with Dr. Morgan rupp yesterday for this morning at 730. I was told 5th floor at a whole nother part of this hospital. Was lost for 30 minutes tried calling over and over it kept saying the office was closed. So I finally connect to the answering service I was told the right place to go. I got here to the right place 18 minutes late for my appointment and they refused to see me because it was past 15 minutes. The office person was rude and wouldn't let me talk so I just walked out and wrote this review. If you're going to schedule new patients before actual office hours have some way for them to contact the office. Edit.... After I wrote this I got a MyChart update saying I was a no show even though I did show."

"For your health and safety, do not establish care here. My original provider who worked at the practice left at the beginning of this year. Fast forward to now, I attempted to refill my medication and was denied at the pharmacy. I called the office of this practice, and they said that because my specific provider no longer worked there, I'd have to establish with a new provider in order to receive a refill. However, they couldn't book me until April. I was told by the nurse that they would refill my medication in the interim. I again attempted to get a refill and was denied. I called the office, and was then told that I was being denied because my medication was "high risk" and that I'd have to see a specialist to get it refilled. In my opinion, if a medication is "high risk" wouldn't one reasonably assume that it would be risky to stop taking the medication? It seems this facility lacks competent providers and office staff. Please avoid if you have any health conditions!"

"Dr. Chirica is the best doctor I've ever had. She listens to my concerns and she is very thorough with her diagnosis. When you're I'll, you feel like her top priority, too."

"Dr Chirica is a very caring and thorough Doctor. She answers any and all questions. I use my chart for questions after hours and she always responds quickly. If you need a Doctor that truly cares about her patients then you need to see Dr Chirica."
