"I purchased a groupon and tried numerous times to schedule an appointment. The phone number is an answering machine 100% of the time. I left literally 4 messages before being contacted to schedule a massage. The time slot did not fit my schedule for that week so I was put on queue to reschedule. Upon attempting to reschedule, I was back in the same predicament I was in initially with calling and leaving messages on the hopes of a return call. Long story short my groupon expired and I never got service for my paid up front massage."

I was never contacted, even after I reached out again. I got a refund from Groupon and I will never go to Kneading Therapy."
