She helped me figure out an insurance issue that I have been experiencing for months now! The fact that she took the time to help me get it figured out meant so much to me! I absolutely recommend this urgent care to everyone!"

"I visited this urgent care on New Years Eve for a respiratory issue I had for about 2 weeks. I did teledoc about 10 days prior with no success and it was chalked up to be a little cold. I did early check-in online for 12:45 and arrived early. I knew being a holiday that the wait would be long. I also understand that the check-in time is more like call ahead seating a not an actual appt. I ended up waiting until 1:45 but from my car which was nice. Chrissy at the front desk was exceptionally nice and super helpful with insurance. Diane was also very friendly and helpful. The NP that saw me was efficient and very friendly and seemed to genuinely care. All in all, everyone was wonderful, which on a holiday at work rather than home with family, can’t be an easy task. Well done!"

"The only real downer is the non-appointment, appointment system. I clicked, and registered for 10:24, and did all paperwork (correctly, even), before arriving at 10:14. They suggested online for 10 minutes early. Turns out the non-appointment appointment just gets you in the queue. They accept walk-ins, which is great, but they are just added to the queue also. I was escorted in closer to 11:24. After a quick "triage" to get weighed and blood pressure check, I was put in a room for about 10-15 more minutes before the Practioner/Nurse saw me. I was out within 5 more minutes. Overall, friendly personnel and professional. Prescription was sent immediately to chosen pharmacy -- and available within 20 minutes. So for a first, initial impression, the Madison UH Urgent Care works as design. Just be a little clearer up front on the non-appointment, appointments."

"I am so happy this place opened in my town. I was able to book an appointment online and did all my paperwork before leaving my house. I got a text reminder that it was almost time for my appointment and a notification to check in when I got there. I didn't spend more than 5 minutes in the waiting area. It is a very nice facility and the employees were very helpful. Make sure you confirm that your insurance is accepted there. As I had used another location, I knew it wasn't a problem for me. Definitely schedule an appointment ahead as they do take walk ins also and you may need to wait longer if you walk in. Also if you can do the paperwork ahead, I recommend that too. It was a very pleasant experience and if needed, I will definitely go back."

"I was able to find 6 check-in times within the two hour time slot I wanted. I filled out my paperwork online. They called me before my appointment time and I was out within an hour. Everyone was super friendly and service was great. By the time the reached the pharmacy my scripts were ready. Definitely an upgrade from other urgent cares in the area."
