"I arrived yesterday morning to enroll my son and ended up backing out because of what I saw and experienced while I was there. Upon entering the building the first thing I noticed is how dark it is in the building. The class rooms have no windows, the lighting was very dim, and it was dirty. I know how kids can be but I'm talking about dried stuck food residue and crumbs on tables, walls, toys, and floor. A whole entire wall had stuff spilled all over it and it was dried to the wall. Secondly, while I was in the office filling out paperwork I hear a daycare working yelling at the kids. It was very concerning the way this lady was yelling. I said to the worker, "Is everything okay out there? Is this typical of how your workers talk to the kids?" And she got up and whispered something to the workers outside the office and yelling stopped all of a sudden. There was no way I was leaving my son with this facility! Every warning signal in my body was going off not to enroll my son. I understand this place may have the extended hours you need for childcare but the safety and well being of your child should come first. I honestly thought about calling Stark County and reporting what I saw. This was a very disappointing experience and I worry for the kids that attend there! I wish I took photos so I could prove how dirty it is in there!"

"What I noticed when I walked in today for my first time: *professional and friendly/welcoming. *I also noticed how happy the children were to see their teacher after nap time/transition to snack. *Clean I’d recommend the center."
