The board of education allowed the student to return because they never took a written statement from the teacher. My daughter has not been to school because the boy who did this is still there. The teacher caught the boy with his hand in my daughter's pants. And absolutely nothing was done about it. Now the administration is intimidating the teacher not to talk..."
