"I had a major concern and these guys took care of my pup and she came out wagging her tail. Thanks"
"Very knowledgeable, kind and understanding. Love the staff here!"
"First, I called them to see what euthanasia would cost for a cat, to which I was told $50, then when I went in today to have it done, they said the price has gone up (within a week of me calling) to $169. I was super upset about this as my poor cat was and has been in terrible pain the last week or so. When I heard they changed the price I got upset and began crying, I checked my bank account and only had $168 of course $1 less than the price. Being as upset as I was I did raise my voice a bit, not to the extent of yelling however. I left the building with my pained cat in tow. While outside we were able to borrow the money from a relative, so I brought him back in, and before I even said anything, I apologized for raising my voice, but then explained that I have been having a very rough week as my cat has been very unwell, in addition to the fact that I have lost two babies in the past 2 years. The man (presumably the owner) said he wouldn't euthanize my cat until I apologized (which I already had), and I explained that to him that the first thing I did when I reentered was apologize, but he wouldn't take that as an apology and continued lecturing me. I had to leave again in tears. My fiance was able to bring my cat back in to get euthanized. **If you want a vet that cares what you and your family are going through with the loss of a dear pet, I wouldn't recommend going here for that.**"
"One of our fur babies needed 2 procedures. After looking at the costs we explained that we needed to consider the financial aspect of doing both at the same time. One procedure was scheduled and I was told at the time that I just needed to let them know as they would accommodate us. However, when I showed up this morning to get both procedures done I was told that they didn't have time to do both. Very poor communication. I guess we will look for alternatives."
