"Horrible experience with the school coordinator. I called a month a go and didn't get a call back from the coordinator. Had to keep calling to try to get a hold on the school coordinator. Once I got a hold of them, they rejected my cousin because she wasn't fluent in English, even though she can understand well but can't speak fluently."

"This teacher Mrs Wilely needs training herself, let alone teaching students she surely doesn't know about color 3x i went she messed up all 3x. Obviously she dont Know how to mix color didn't cover any of my grey talking about its my hair... ....NO I've been to other salons with No problems only reason coming here was needed appt & $$ and clearly you get what you pay for . She is setting the students up for failure! Shame on the owner for letting this happen."

"The older lady at the front desk was extremely rude. I don’t understand how service business can survive with people like her at the door. She must have been an instructor the way she was barking orders. I feel sorry for the students. Don’t go here for school or service. It’s terrible! I highly recommend using beauty school in Canton where you’re treated like a real customer."

"I have been going to school for a while off and on and it is a school so you know the students are learning and I understand that however today I had a totally bad experience enough for me to write this review which I have never done a review before however I was so disappointed that the instructor didn’t instruct the student who was doing a thermal set for me (wash blow dry and curl) the young lady specialized in nails didn’t even have any curling irons, I had to tell her to wash my hair twice and to put a cape on me before she start to blow dry my hair she explained she had only been on the floor for 4 weeks and again I understand it’s a school but as an instructor if you are looking around which is part of your job and you see a student struggling you should jump in and help not only for student but for customer and you should make sure the student has an understanding before you walk away, very disappointed can’t begin to explain, not upset with student because they have to do what their told but being a supervisor myself I try to make sure staff understand before I move on not happy whatsoever I merely was trying to point out that the student needed some assistance verses her struggling and me sitting for hours not saying anything very surprised but more disappointed ☹️"

"They did a very good job on my daughter's nails. the reason I gave them one star is the lady named Mrs Walker has a very funky and stuck up attitude. I'm not sure why people say she is the best. But from a customers point of view she is the worst. But go and see for yourself how she walks around thinking she's all that and NOT............."
