"I personally don’t like this facility. I work in healthcare and I know things come up. However, when I am waiting 15-20 minutes not once but twice for a telehealth appointment that’s just unprofessional. Something else that’s unprofessional is talking in a condescending and passive aggressive manner when “apologizing”. Patients rely on you to get the medicine and treatment they direly need. It’s quite aggravating to receive 5+ appointment reminder calls throughout the week only to have to wait an unreasonable amount of time on MULTIPLE occasions."

"Overall, I have had a positive experience at Harbor. The staff is usually friendly and caring. Since they are a not-for-profit agency, at times, they can be short staffed causing long waits for appointments and to be seen by the healthcare provider at Harbor. Since COVID-19, they have, at times, offered tell-appointments that can shorten the wait."

"They NEVER pick up their phones and if they do it takes them forever. Everyone here is just straight up rude! I do NOT feel welcomed here, everyone seems to be bothered with just doing their job. The front desk alone seem like they are rolling their eyes and giving a cold shoulder. The therapist there are absolutely garbage. My husband's therapist told him that he was really making him work for his money. My therapist seemed bored and uninterested in everything. I highly suggest if you care about your mental health, go somewhere else."

"I scheduled an appointment to address PTSD stemming from a car accident. I saw Marlone Fannon. She was very unprofessional. Did not introduce her. Did not ask what I was being seen for. We had many moments of 5-10 mins of silence. She offered no advice, no help at all. Telling me that the likelyhood of this happening again was highly unlikely and I just need to more aware of my surroundings when driving. After 35 mims into the session I explained She was of no help and I was going to cut the session short, she had nothing to say and hung up. All while she has screaming children in the back ground. Complete waste of time and money."
