"Doctor was great and no complaints with her. She did a very good job. I recieved my glasses a week after my appointment and realized something wasn't right. I tried adjusting to the new glasses for a week without being able to adjust. I called back and told them what was happening and had to wait a few more days to be seen. When I get back they didn't let me see the doctor and told me my glasses were OK. The receptionist was going to note my file and have the doctor call. She looked at me like I was crazy. I was told the doctor would call me but.... I am stuck with blurry vision in my left eye even with new glasses. I feel I wasted hundreds of dollars for nothing."

"Excellent service. Glandorf vision group was very clear and proactive communicating to patients the safety measures in place and why they matter. They kept the office extremely clean at all times and after every patient. Service was fairly prompt. Each team member was great at listening, answering questions and providing recommendations, all with a smile! I had a different doctor than I normally do for my recent visit, and I can confidently say that both Dr. Ketner and Dr. Miller have excellent skills and bedside manner and I feel equally comfortable seeing either. I had a great experience! :)"
