"NP Christina J was so incredibly kind and easy to talk to. I work in health care as well and told her what I suspected I had but she still checked, which I really appreciated. Ended up getting exactly the meds I expected/needed. Everyone on the staff was very kind and patient. The front desk attendant was also very patient and kind, even when an older lady started yelling at her about her wait time (which seemed really short for a *walk in clinic*), she handled it professionally. I was very grateful for the speed, efficiency, and kindness of all the staff when I already felt miserable from being sick. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone :)"

"there is a 5 minute grace period to appointments. I was early arriving. I waited at the desk for 10 minutes. Finally 6 minutes after my appointment time the desk girl gets off her phone from behind the wall and comes to the desk to tell me that its now 6 after and she will be cancelling my appointment. The actual doctors are great if you can manage to get past the desk girls that absolutely hate their job and you."

"The front desk staff is nice, but perhaps overworked...they looked tired. (I totally understand!) The care was exceptional! I'm definitely going back to Caroline for my well woman visits. Very thorough & knowledgeable, and she gave me great information. Mimi was also caring and very easy to talk to. Great experience!"

"3 instead of 4 only because of extremely long wait times. I know that most likely not entirely the staffs fault, but it was still an inconvenience to the rest of my day. The care was great however, nurse and doctor were both very helpful and I got what I needed out of it. Helpful, polite staff, just wait times are a little too much."

"We’re told there would be a 2 1/2 hour wait, but we waited maybe 20 minutes. Jenny was very kind and helpful and gave directions on how to proceed. Our nurse was very thorough and personable. X-ray was quick and efficient. Not sure why we were told there was such a long wait?"
