"Shout out to Dr Diebold and Dr Gruseck (apologize if I spelled their names wrong) but they saved my cat from the brink of death. Also the staff is very caring."

"When I made my appt for today 10/10 I told them I would be there by 3:10, I arrived late at 3:20. Being late is on me. He checked with the doctors and came back and said no more available appts for today, next available appt is 10/16 because of my dog, we cannot do the drop off and they are closed on Thursday and Saturday. What is most disappointing is there was no offer for us to wait and they try to squeeze us in, just dismissive. When I got home I found a different vet office who will see him Thursday morning. When I called to have his records faxed to new vet office, the response was “what is the fax number”, he did not even ask why. This location used to be wonderful, not any more, not sure what has changed, but it has changed for the worse. Their sign at the front desk which speaks to how much they care, they need to either take it down or edit to include “only if you are on time!” I will transfer all 3 of my dogs to our new vet office."

"Unfortunately this Banfield location is not what is used to be. When they are open, which lately is not often, they are great and treat my dogs amazing. But now they have been randomly closing during the week, even tough their hours are every day. Their hours show open every day, but in reality they are now closed Sundays and Wednesdays, and now today, Friday, they are closed as well. What is going on there? I understand staff shortages, but please update your hours to reflect reality."

"The staff is kind they always help me, make me feel they care about my dog Pebbles. The doctors are great, they always take their time with Pebbles and make sure I understand what they are telling me."

"Great place I have plans for all three of my dogs there. As well I took my rottie there for her surgery and they were wonderful and highly experienced."
