"I would give it no stars if I could signed my daughter up for an adult class cause she never did Maneuver ability . All the teacher did was just cut her down told her that his 15 year old can drive better than that. Shes been driving a little and really is not bad. She got out of the car and was just so upset.tried talking to a manager she pretty much just blew it off like my daughter was lying.I would never recommend this place to anyone."
"IN RESPONSE TO MRS. SOTO.... TO BE FAIR.... When a student doesnt know the laws/rules and doesnt retain the classroom porton (where they spent 24 hours learning) bringing that knowledge to tbe incar lesson and has only driven for a couple hours w/parents (Parents must work with us... 50 hours practising what they are learning).... It can be overwhelming when the incar instuctor is forced to teach both portions while driving... I spoke with you personally reguarding my concerns and how you could help us... help her to better suceed... Patience was used with your daughter to the point that I pulled us over to discuss things she needed to know (as not to overwhelm her) for our safety and the safety of others due to her several dangerous actions...I showed her proper procedures and explained the ways she could fix the issues.... ect... To Be a SAFE & DEFENSIVE DRIVER (Safety for Yourself AND Orhers) You Must Have An Overall Awareness Of What's Going On Around You So That You Have The Ability To Defensively React On A Preventative Level... This is why I asked her what she sees, what the signs say and mean, what she thinks she should do ect (it was never a matter of her answering quickly - it was a matter of getting her to answer at all) If this is overwhelming.... It is simply a lack of practise of all things learned in the classroom in order to build a comfort zone of correct safe habits... And I gave her praise along the way along with making sure she knew that all that mattered was that she learned from her mistakes.... SHE indicated to me... that she learned a lot on her lesson AND realized how much knowledge she had forgotten from classroom before even being licenced (knowledge and skills for a lifetime) I risk my life everyday to ensure kids have the tools needed to stay alive...When I finish the 4 BTW lessons with a student I have them review me... I have several hundred of these over the years that they indicate how much they have learned, how confident they now feel with their skills and are thankful for my knowledge and glad that they had an instructor who cares enough to not let them settle for less than they are capable of........ I wish her the best of luck and encourage you to work more with her on proper proceedures and her overall knowledge/skills/awareness ect for the safety of all...."
"It was my daughter’s first driving class and the female instructor Tam was very unpleasant. She really scared her by pressuring her with all these questions. She was not very nice at all in beginning and was making her very nervous. We will never book another appointment with her ever again. She made driving very unpleasant as well. Driving of course should be something that you have to do responsibly and with caution but she was scaring her too much while being on the road, making it seem very unfun. She also doesn’t let you think very well before answering questions, she wants you to answer everything now without taking too much time."
"I signed up my mom for driving classes in sep 2017..She has driven for 30+ years but her license expired couple of years ago. She had to start all over again because of this. I signed my mom for refresher classes(6 1 hr class+ 1 hour for The test). The instructors at pro driving school were not helpful. Male instructor didn't say anything and was unpleasant. Female instructor was giving misi, nformation and was too talkative. She vrije my mom's confidence by printing out unnecessary info. She told my mom that she had to keep loving her eyes ...Don't know why?? Mom got her license on 29th of nov..Without pro driving school. It was a waste of money and time. Awful experience. I would give no stars if I could. Awful..awful"
