"I went here in 2010 and it was an awesome and very educational experience with exceptional instructors full of passion and care towards every student. I went on to eventually be the head technician and shop manager at a small Mom and Pop motorcycle shop. It was that training and passion to do the job correctly the first time that led me to a career in Aviation where I'm now a quality inspector. I love my job and it all started with the Power Sport Institute. THANK YOU!!"
"Instructors were great and staff is always willing to help. I'm excited to come back to visit the next time I'm in Cleveland."
"About the same as everyone else. Started off well some instructor's have great knowledge and you will learn the ins and outs of motorcycle technology. Others could care less about you and help there favorite's if anything. Overall they treat everyone like there still in high school no matter your age and care more about there dress code and taking your money then buying proper tools and better training aids. Very unorganized and i suggest finding another institute."
"Started off good.. about half the instructors I had were completely worthless, the other half had the knowledge but the curriculum design prevented them from bestowing it upon students.. They don't teach you nearly enough to survive in the dealership.. the rest of the staff are so busy trying to get your money that they aren't off any help.. They just go through the motions with no emotion.. that place has to be making a lot of money yet the facility is in the ghetto and the parking lot will destroy the toughest of vehicle suspensions... In short they are money hungry insufferable know it alls that think they are better than you for no reason.. I wouldn't go back there if they paid me the almost thirty grand I paid them for a half ass attempt at a vtwin education... save the headache, go to MMI... that's another thing.. They are not even recognized as a provider of factory training for Harley Davidson.. you won't get your certification there or be able to complete any PHDs... joke of a school in my opinion.."
"so so it had its ups and downs... when i started J**** R**** acted as if she was my friend and cared but as soon as i started school she rarely spoke to me. also other instructors acted the same way. beware of the "school housing" they took $400 of my down payment and the day i started school and was supposed to move in they said i needed another 800 and that my down payment wasn't refundable sooooooo i was stuck with nowhere to live. i ended up moving into one of the rooms that were for rent from the lunch guy that worked down stairs and it was hell. There were Drunks/racist trying to kick down doors and trying to fight 24/7. also there was no heat so i was freezing and getting sick a lot not to mention having to defend myself non stop. How did the school feel about this??? i can care less b/c they obviously didn't care if i had somewhere to live in the first place. they just want their money.,, NOW if your parents have money to blow then hey have FUN.. Instructor Brian And Johnny B where great guys and that's pretty much the only positive thing i have to say about PSI. if you don't look smell or walk like them then you wont fit in. sooooooo i ended up dropping out due to lack of motivation from the school b/c of the care that was given to my situation. OH Yeah, they say they help you find a job while you were in school that's false. i was there for 5 months and never was an job presented to me as i bugged them and bugged them about one. so i just was looking for my refund check to help me out but nooooooo they kept saying we haven't got them yet this happened twice which prevented me from paying rent and being able to eat meals on the daily.... Good luck on finding the right school for you and God bless. Really pray before choosing what college to go to. B.E.D"
