"Had a very long line at the pharmacy and a long wait, they should have had 2 people to help out at the counter."
"System keeps saying my prescription is being processed. It's been two days. Can't get ahold of the pharmacy. Called and was on hold for 37 minutes and had to give up."
"Literally the WORST pharmacy!!! They send a text saying when your prescription will be ready, then it's not ready and when you call NOBODY answers (even if you wait for an hour and a half!) So then you have to go there and wait in another hour long line tell them to get your medicine ready and then they tell you another time it'll be ready by and you go there and wait in ANOTHER long line just to be told it's still not ready... SERIOUSLY?!? And if you don't tell them to get your medicine ready the first time it just never gets filled..."
"Called the pharmacy on Sunday October 8th at about 11:42am... left on hold for more than 30 minutes. Never talked to anyone. Obviously they could care less."
"This pharmacy is an absolute abomination. They don't have any medications in stock, even for their patients' medications they get monthly refills on. They lie to you about when your medications will come in, and then when they do come in, you still have to call the pharmacy to fill the script. Tell me how that is even a problem. If they don't stock a medication and they order it to fill YOUR prescription, why would I need to call them to fill it once the medication is delivered to their pharmacy? Tell me, how does that even make sense. This has been an ongoing issue with this pharmacy for more than 6 months now. As of today, CVS will no longer be filling any of my entire family's medications. Do not recommend anyone use this pharmacy. As a matter of fact, this location should just be closed down."
