"For 3 weeks I have been trying to sign my son up for behind the wheel sessions. The problem begins with the process of trying to actually schedule a session because you have to wait on Instructors to open up availability. I’ve seen one such occurrence in 3 weeks. During this time, I have been in contact with them on a very archaic website chat line, that has offered very little assistance. What they tell you is to check every instruction site, and every instructors schedule , multiple times daily. After not being able to schedule one session, I called this morning, and was basically told, their system is the system, and it’s my kids responsibility to search the schedules, so that would save me time. When I emphatically pointed out, that I still have to take him to the sessions, because he doesn’t have his license, reminding her that’s why he’s enrolled with them in the first place, and therefore need them scheduled in advance, I was told “I only work here, I don’t make the rules.” I understand COVID has wreaked havoc on operations all around, but if you are not going to try to accommodate customers needs, after they’ve paid, you shouldn’t be in business"

"Instructors were vaping during class as well as using foul language. First day of behind the wheel experience the instructor was late. Class environment old and outdated and no air conditioning. Poor class experience per my daughter."

"To put it plainly this place is horrible, the women who work there are incredibly unpleasant, use excessive profanity, and fail to give you all of the needed information regarding appointment times and required paperwork, frankly I wouldn't send any of my children there, They are only in it for the money and do not even teach they only show videos and tell vulgar life stories pertaining to them alone, hence the reason I called them women and not instructors or teachers."
