"Really pretty bad. Husband went to her for hurt back. Couldn't hardly walk. Didn't do anything to make it better. The I went to her and doctor was really bad. She doesn't listen or pay attention. Only wanted to Covid test. Will be switching. Want someone who is actually nice."

"I am very disappointed and will be finding another family doctor somewhere else. They said I could come in anytime for my lab draw, knowing I needed certain tests done right away. When showing up to get my lab draw, they were closed for the week and never mentioned that at my appointment. Went again today and AGAIN they are closed. I have repeatedly tried to call with either a busy signal or a recording, but no way to leave a message regarding my issues. They never called in my prescription that I needed and I had to resort to calling Tele-med for my prescription. They never called in for me to get my referral or my ultrasound done at the JCH. My father-in-law also went with me at our appointment for his appointment and he is in dire need of a scan for a check on his aneurysm, which they never called in for him to have done. They also never called for him to see a Cardiologist as they found an irregular heart beat on him at his appointment there at South Adams Family Medicine. I am not one that gets so upset to write a review, but this is ridiculous. I hope they see my review and can make some changes to be better at handling the needs of their patients who depend on them for their healthcare needs. After all they are getting paid from our insurance and we as patients deserve much better treatment than we have NOT received from them at South Adams Family Medicine."
