Reviews
"Louisville Medical Center is an abusive place that places the blame of disabled patients' pain on themselves, and instead of taking anything seriously, offers foolish ideas such as 'becoming a functioning member of society' as pain reduction options. They believe this so much to the degree that they would limit a patient's pain relief if they didn't comply. Not only that, but they deny patients access to pain relievers PERIOD over weekends, and running out of medicine is, in their eyes, the patient's own fault, and is not a concern. The Louisville Medical Center does not care about it's patients one bit. The only thing it has going for it is being an apt example of healthcare in America: profit above all. (Pictures are attached below that detail what I have mentioned.)"
"I went here hopeful for a new primary.i was not feeling well. Because I just got my new patient paperwork a hour before appt in mail, and it wasn't finished.i got turned away and another appt.2 weeks later.the women in the window were snobby talking back and forth about what to do with me.i certainly didn't feel safe with people like that in charge of my health. Dr.turgeon may be great but his secretaries are not."
"The entire staff is wonderful and friendly. I feel so lucky to have the support and high level of care they provide to me. The chiropractors are so good its shocking and it’s hard to describe the joy I get from an area of pain disappearing that has been there for years. They have had multiple breakthroughs with me which are life changing both mentally and physically. They have a goal to straighten my spine out and fix the other area which really makes me happy. The doctors give me injections to special nerve endings which allow me to go work out and stretch ,etc."
"Louisville Medical Center has horrible customer service. They have put myself & a few other family members of mine on the schedule for the wrong time or wouldn't put them on the schedule at all. Then when we would show up for the time we have written down they would turn us away and make us reschedule."
