"The staff was very pleasant and check in went well. The Medical Assistant, Ann and the Nurse Practitioner Jennifer Myers were very professional, thorough and helpful. I felt comfortable that they were the best at what they do. Initially I was upset with their website. I tried for hours to make an appointment, and followed the instructions given to me, and always received an error message that said try again. So reluctantly, I decided to travel 40 miles and just be a walk-in. Where I had to wait two hours to be seen. if I wasn’t treated so well by the medical team at this location, I probably would never consider going back. I just hope someone corrects their website."
"I visited this location this morning at 8am on 02/13/20204 and the lady up front named Donna was very rude. She didn’t seem to care that she called me Marcus when I clearly put Markisha on the kiosk when signing in, she went on to ask was my number good for calling and text and in a voice loud and clear enough for her to hear me I said yes. After stating clear enough that my number was good she responded by saying I’m sorry I didn’t hear you say anything did you hear me. I was checked in then called back by a nurse who gave me a TB shot because that is what Donna put on my paper work even though I was there for a drug/alcohol test for a new job which was printed on the paper I handed her up front when did my intake She messed up on my whole visit while I was visiting location. Donna is very rude, unprofessional and an unpleasant person."
"My visit to Redi Med was the 2nd within a week . My 1st visit was with a friend , I was impressed with how timely and efficient the service was. A few days later I needed to see a Dr. And so I went again, and the service was the same. The lady who did my intake was extremely helpful,as I was having some issues with my insurance cards, but she was very patient and helpful. If ever I need an quick emergency visit, this Is where I would go and would also recommend it to family and friends."
"Scheduling was terrible. I had been attempting to schedule online since noon- even called the office to see why I couldn’t schedule and was told the website must be busy- and to keep trying and that they couldn’t make an appointment but to “walk-in” Well six hours later still unable to schedule and decided to do the walk in. What business or medical provider doesn’t have some sort of back up if tech goes wrong? After all, it would just take a piece of paper and pen to start scheduling appointments loosely. And seeing people promised that they would be next and then call out my name in front of theirs? And when I said said they were ahead of me and be told I was going to be seen and that they would be next even though they had been waiting ahead of me. And then the stories that others had appointments and when I checked in, there was no one on the schedule? It just doesn’t seem right or logical- if scheduling online, how does the online service know when appointments are available? Or is it the online scheduling is just a scam, or at best just a shot in the dark that you could be seen sometime that day? Or does scheduling online give “priority “ status and you jump ahead of others waiting two hours? The care was good and the Doctor excellent. Just waiting to get to that point was a terrible experience that shows lack of planning for failures in the system and coordination of front office and back office staff."
"I think this is her name (Dr. Andrea) is so nice, kind, and helpful! The front desk lady is great too. I always come here when I need to. I was able to get my meds and begin treatment within an hour. They are well staffed and professional."
