"Well I thought it was good. I was in and out of there. I went there last night , and well they said they are sending over my prescription to a 24 hour cvs. Well, they never did. It's still not even in my mychart, and I keep trying to call but it goes right to a recording saying that their staff is busy. So I can't get ahold of them I need my medicine. I don't have gas to keep going back and forth. So they never sent in my meds. So now I'm gonna have to go to another place to get seen . More money wasted . I'm not going back to this one. Can't even remember to send in my meds . Ridiculous"

"Didn't take my temperature! Listened to my chest and back with stereoscope while I was wearing a jacket!!! I wanted to remove the jacket but, she said "it's fine" ugh I needed a Z pack and a cough suppressent! Dr. Rumple would have done that but, I unfortunately had a Nurse Practitioner on Thursday Oct. 26, 2023!"

"Worst experience of my life at the New Haven location. You wanna be treated like a drug addict? Go here. Especially after asking for other NSAID options and being prescribed the same meds that I've already explained weren't working. Teach your PAs to listen to what the patient is asking instead of saying in reply that drug addicts come to urgent cares for narcotics. I dont want narcotics. I want help. Left the office sobbing because I wasn't heard, cared for, and the level of stress / pain/frustration. Never again Parkview."
