"After reading some of the poor reviews before coming, I fully expected poor service and to wait an extensive period of time to get helped. Prior google reviews were proved wrong! Melissa and Charidy were both very kind and efficient at getting me in and out quickly. Thank you!"
"4 of us have been waiting to take a drug test for over an hour. The people working are slow and seem to care more about showing each other pictures or discussing lunch then doing their job. 10 out of 10 don't recommend companies sending ppl here"
"As always,…well the only two times I’ve visited there, I’ve been treated with great respect and very cordially. Professional and very friendly staff, by phone and in person. Even though I showed up at the wrong time, they demonstrated no fuzz or hesitation… and attended to me pretty quick. Melissa, Richard that I remember from first visit and the other friendly receptionist that I didn’t catch her name; and Dr. Jimmy who as well, very attentive, and understanding with me, went above and beyond on a physical and minor injury check-up. With the short conversation that we had about my case, with their kind and caring words, his assistant and him actually made me feel way much better than I did before walking into their building. Stepping out with a great farewell from them, was actually the dose of happiness that I needed. Thanks a bunch guys and keep up the AWESOME work y’all pride yourselves in to!! Thanks!!"
"Sent here for a Physical via my employer. If you can avoid this place, save yourself the trouble. They don't even have the full range of blood pressure cuffs... 3 blood pressures by 3 different people, wrong cuff. I could hear them speaking my medical information infront of other victims, these people aren't patients here, they are victims of malpractice. one botched job after another! Stay away! This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen."
"For being a sort of medical facility they are disrespectful. I took an alcoholic (a disease) for a drug screen. He was honest with them, and yet they were rude to him and called the place that wanted the drug screen. Their job was to do the drug test. They treated me poorly in the past for breaking my foot at work. They are paid protection for the employer. Note: he was not on the clock. He was on his own time. Pretty sure if he wanted to drink or for that matter smoke then he could do that given it was his free time. Lucky we aren't considering legal action. Or....maybe."
